The role

We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to cover the day to day management of the office which will include general office cover, taking telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries for the team.

This role will suit someone who is a people person, willing and able to deal with general and standard correspondence using your own initiative, you will regularly carry out Estate/Property Inspections, monitoring contractors and managing rent accounts.

This is a role with a lot of variety where no one day is the same.

To be successful, you will have experience of working in a customer-centered environment, and dealing with the public. You will be IT literate and like working as part of a team.

This is an opportunity for applicants who are finishing education.

Upon successful completion of your probation period, your salary increase to £23,000.
