We are looking for a Senior Management Accountant (1 post) to join our Finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Manager you will be responsible for delivering the internal customer facing Finance function in the respective Onward region, helping ensure financial resources are planned, managed and reported. This role will assist the Finance Business Partner Manager in providing financial support to projects and activities provided by operational specialists from the region. Financial support will focus on delivering business objectives.

You will assist in delivering the monthly accounts reporting process, producing accurate and timely financial information to budget holders. You will assist in the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process for leasehold services to support strategic and operational objectives.

You will assist in providing the finance service for specialist leasehold housing services including management of cyclical and sinking funds. You will provide financial support for colleagues with business objective and innovation projects. You will assist in providing a link between the analysis of data and other teams and provide data assurance to ensure that information decisions are made at the right level.

You will provide line management and leadership, managing resources to ensure objectives are achieved.

In order to be successful you will have experience of delivering financial support to internal and external customers and experience of managing and reporting financial performance information. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will have Microsoft excel skills to intermediate level. You will have experience of leading and developing people to deliver high performance. You should be educated to "A" Level standard or have equivalent qualification / experience.
