We are looking for a Partnering Surveyor to support ourProperty services team. The role will manage & develop our Joint Venture Partnership Contract (Pyramid Plus) to resident's satisfaction. and act accordingly with due diligence on EHO, Disrepair, general notices, and on call out of hours.
Duties include:
Deliver General property service duties ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times e.g. regular inspections, point of contact for residents).
Processing out of contract requests, checking, challenging, and approving the correct repair solution.
Processing Tenant Alterations (Changes to your Home) applications.
Must posses a: HNC / Degree in building or equivalent
