Are you looking for an opportunity to join one of the most dynamic teams in the UK's largest Housing Association (125,000 homes)?

Do you have experience as a project analyst on disposal transactions in any sector?

We're looking for a highly detailed Asset Disposal Analyst to support the AD team by taking responsibility for structuring and populating virtual data rooms for Clarion Housing Group.

We'll also look to you to coordinate Board level or internal transaction reports, providing data and commentary where necessary as well as updating weekly detailed transaction summaries of performance against agreed KPI targets.

We'll need you to provide support to tender processes and subsequent advisor relationship management.

You'll be educated to degree level and have experience of project analyst or project support roles on disposal transactions, ideally within a Housing Association or 'for-profit' commercial sector.

You'll need highly developed influencing and communication skills and must be capable of planning and delivering tasks with minimal supervision.

If you have experience of directly supporting transactions, creating multiple data rooms and detailed summary schedules, we very much look forward to hearing from you.
