Job Details

We're recruiting an Interface and Systems Analyst and are looking for exceptional people to apply for a role based in our new Croydon Offices.

With a particular focus on the maintenance, configuration and future development of the Interfacing, Integration and Rules application components within the enterprise and legacy application estate, you'll be responsible for supporting, managing and the future configuration or development of Biztalk Integration processes and interfaces. You'll be responsible for point to point interfaces, business rules, workflow processes and data tables referenced by rules based engines such as InRule, Logic Apps and Web Apps.

We'll look to you to work effectively with work stream leads and the project technical architect in order to support Business Rules that drive consistency and efficiency within the target Enterprise system. You'll be asked to deliver change activity (lifecycle, project or CSI), safely, successfully and seamlessly and provide specialised system configuration, maintenance and support ensuring the platform and other applications are correctly administered.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Changing the interface or rule base code implementation to fit with changing requirements and issue resolution
  • Testing and deployment of new rules and amendments to existing rules and interfaces on the Clarion test harness
  • Contribute to software vendor and supplier management processes and activities
  • Proactive identification and contribution to risk/audit management
  • Helping key business users identify and address knowledge or training gaps, sharing knowledge and delivering user training

You'll already have achieved - or be working towards - ITIL v3 Foundation & Prince 2 Foundation and have knowledge of ETL tools and processes. To be successful in the role you'll need to demonstrate excellent analytical, data interpretation, problem solving, stakeholder engagement, numeracy and communication skills.

You'll also need:

  • Experience of working within an SLA's driven environment for a 2nd/3rd line support team,
  • Previous experience of working with or knowledge of a business rules engine
  • Good understanding of web services and service orientated architecture and exposure to Enterprise Application Integration technologies like BizTalk Server
