Southway Housing Trust is a forward thinking community based Housing Provider with ambitious plans for the future and key to these are the way we manage our assets.

Core of this role is ensuring our asset data is suitable and sufficient to drive and support future investments, appraisals and growth. Ensuring the delivery of Asset Programs can demonstrate great working practice, strong product choice, quality customer care, compliance, health, safety and wellbeing all to the highest standards.

The successful applicant will have experience of managing a team, responsible for delivery of maintenance programmes through both our internal and external contractors. You will have an understanding of active asset management and developing effective strategies based on data and business intelligence.

As an experienced professional, you will lead the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy, understand and demonstrate the need for robust data management and monitoring systems, ensuring landlord compliance and excellent customer services.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will in all likelihood have experience of Asset Management and Data Driven investment programmes within the affordable housing arena, however this is not essential.

You will have financial acumen, the ability to work creatively and have proven experience in this area. You will have a sound knowledge, coupled with enthusiasm and a desire to deliver to tight deadlines.
