We’re clear about our future direction; we’ll not be standing still so continuous improvement is high up on the agenda as well as delivering value for money so that our resources are used to provide those high quality homes and services.

We’re now looking for a new Board member to join what is a really effective team. For this role, we are looking for particular skills and experience in regeneration and property development to complement the wide range of knowledge we already have on our Board. This is a great time to join us, as our Board is focused on transforming services to make sure we provide the best tenant and customer experience. We are looking for someone who shares our social purpose and wants to contribute to our values driven organisation.  

In terms of practicalities, you would need to commit to at least 4 Board and 4 Committee meetings a year, and one strategic planning session, as well as the time to get to know our organisation. There will be opportunities for you to learn and develop through a range of training that will help you build your knowledge and skills.
