Liverpool Foundation Homes is Liverpool City Council’s ethical housing company, it has been created to deliver major housing change in Liverpool. Operating within a city requiring 28,000 new homes over the next 16 years, Foundations, established in 2018, will build and refurbish homes across Liverpool to help meet a range of the City’s housing needs and produce a new income stream to help support the delivery of Council priorities in the future.

An entrepreneurial approach to the development of new services and products, a good knowledge of housing delivery and or regeneration and an appetite to make a difference to lives of people are some of the key ingredients of a successful candidate.
If you have a compelling financial management track record and proven experience as a Financial Controller at a senior level in a private or public sector housing development context, with professional credibility to build and sustain positive relationships across a wide range of key stakeholders, we look forward to hearing from you.
