Liverpool Foundation Homes is Liverpool City Council’s ethical housing company, it has been created to deliver major housing change in Liverpool.  Operating within a city requiring 28,000 new homes over the next 16 years, Foundations, established in 2018, will build and refurbish homes across Liverpool to help meet a range of the City’s housing needs and produce a new income stream to help support the delivery of Council priorities in the future.

To fulfil this vision, Foundations Chief Executive is looking for talented, energetic and forward thinking individuals to continue the journey and help lead, shape and deliver this ambitious programme of work.  Could this be you?

An entrepreneurial approach to the development of new services and products, a good knowledge of housing delivery and or regeneration and an appetite to make a difference to lives of people are some of the key ingredients of a successful candidate. 

If you have a proven track record of delivering good quality, commercial housing development, housing led regeneration and where the creation of a place and neighbourhood is important, along with proven experience at a senior level in a private or public sector development context, we look forward to hearing from you.
