Sales Executive
Fixed term – 2 years (with opportunities to move to other sites at the end of the contract)
Part Time - 21 hpw

Basic salary £22,500 per annum pro rata plus a bonus of £300 per home sold

Based on site – Walton on the Naze, Essex

We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Executive (known internally to us as a Persona Host - Sales) to manage all sales activity for our exclusive Persona new homes development site – Trinity Mere in Walton on the Naze, Essex.  Based on site in our super trendy sales hub, you’ll ensure the personal touch for each and every customer, selling our contemporary design-led 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes.  This is a fabulous opportunity to join our award winning team (did you know we’re winners of best house at the What House Awards 2018?) and to make a big difference to the lives of our customers moving into their Persona home. 

You’ll ensure that each customer has a uniquely fabulous and personalised experience purchasing one of our homes.   Whether it’s advising on lifestyle choices, superior fixtures and fittings to remembering exactly how they like to take their coffee!  You will be with our customers every step of the way, working hard on their behalf to help their dream home become a reality.

You’ll be managing all sales activity from leads, to legal set up through to sales completion. This will include carrying out viewings, securing reservations and progressing sales through to completion.  You’ll also work collaboratively with Home Group solicitors to produce legal packs and progress sales. 

You’ll be reporting to Julian our Sales Manager and alongside our other Persona Hosts from our amazing marketing suites. Our regional sales team are full of new ideas and energised to work together to hit our sales targets and delight our customers.  The team love a good catch up to bring new ideas to the table and their sales targets are not met without weekly meetings to discuss sales and marketing techniques washed down with a Costa.  They also love discussing what's happening on the latest Luther episode and why does Julian’s coffee either come out way too milky or with too much water each time!

A bit about you
With a passion for new home sales and achieving sales targets, you’ll have a background in a new homes or estate agency environment including knowledge of affordable tenure products and outright sale. You’ll understand the financial requirements to buy, including mortgage processes and financial assessments. You’ll be self-motivated, an energised team member with excellent organisational skills. If you’re brilliant at building relationships with your customers which lead to a deal ‘close’, then this is the icing on the cake (or should we say the sold sign on the door!).

We may need you to travel to our different sites or to attend team meetings so ideally you’ll have a driving licence and access to a car, but not essential.   

You'll be required to work 21 hours per week, covering Saturday, Sunday and one day during the week, to be agreed.
