You will provide administrative support and assistance to the Repairs Service Team and to the Planned Programme Team as required in delivering all objectives and priorities. You will ensure the delivery of a first class responsive repairs service. Provide a high quality front line customer service to Catalyst Residents and other customers. You will be familiar with using orchard, ProMaster and other relevant IT systems and reporting tools to record and inform your work.

You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience every time, by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers and colleagues.

You will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of housing maintenance issues. Possess excellent numeric and written skills supported by robust data comprehension and interpretation abilities. Have the ability to maintain, update and administer IT systems that support the service in relation to all maintenance and stock condition related issues. Be able to Demonstrable administrative experience and able to organise and prioritise own workload against a high level of throughput.
