As a Home Ownership Project Manager you will provide leadership and management to deliver a high standard of customer service excellence whilst delivering a project of across the Neighbourhood and Home Ownership Group, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive specialised, accessible, high quality and value for money services to our customers. eporting to and deputising for the Head of Home Ownership, the Home Ownership Project Manager plays a key role in leading the delivery of CHL’s Engagement and leading a Project to bring the full management of a Flagship development Estate back into Housing and Neighbourhoods. Including collaborating with the wider organisation and leading on Service Charges

Deliver technical support, professional guidance and training to the Home Ownership, Service Charge Team, Neighbourhoods and Regeneration team on all functions and services provided by the Service Charge Team and the wider business, using your knowledge of legislation, regulatory standards, good practice to inform sound decision making on service delivery and future management of the estate

You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience every time, by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers and colleagues.

You will be a team player A team player and collaborative colleague, you’ll also demonstrate your ability to work through organisational structures and operational challenges, removing barriers and blockers and simplifying perceived complexity. You will be financially astute with experience of delivering value for money in budgets and contracts. You will be able to Able to  demonstrate that you will passionately lead / deliver the organisational values with the ability to apply fluid and flexible leadership style to accommodate organisational requirements
