We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join Knowsley Council’s Strategic Housing Team. We are looking for an individual to take a central role in helping the Council’s deliver its Housing Growth ambitions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for housing intelligence working with both private and social providers of housing and developers with specific responsibility for operational activities covering the negotiation of affordable home provision, housing need as well as housing strategy and policy development.

Candidate’s should have operational experience of housing development within a local government/private registered provider context or equivalent and be educated to degree level and/or hold a CIH L4 or above housing qualification.
