In this role you will provide provide the business with timely and accurate Management Information to support effective decision making, and ensure alignment of the organisational structure data between Finance and HR. You will manage the regular and routine changes to Zellis ResourceLink (formerly known as Northgate) and other HR Systems and produce a suite of HR reports. This role will be instrumental in preparing and supporting the team and systems integrators with the Fit for the Future project and act as the Lead in identifying the requirements of HR from a systems perspective.

You will posses:

Extensive experience in HR systems/payroll (ideally ResourceLink)
HR analytics working knowledge or qualification in
Graduate education ideally in Data management/Statistics
HR qualification (desired) to understand various requirements in employee lifecycle

You skills will include:

Experience in ResourceLink payroll system (preferred) or other payroll systems (essential)
Prepare and run reports using advanced Excel and Business Objects or Power BI
Interpret, present and analyse data and provide meaningful commentary and commercial insights (expert in infographics would be ideal)
Can programme and run regulatory reports eg Gender Pay Gap
Provide advice and guidance to the business on reporting and capabilities
Support the team and systems integrators with the Fit for the Future project and act as the lead in identifying the requirements of HR from a systems perspective.
Audit data security and integrity and recommend and implement remedial interventions.
Set and capture appropriate governance for data management and for the training of others on data inputting either within HR or inter teams (IT interfacing until MSD 365)
Ability to build relationships with IT colleagues and across HR to understand their MI requirements
Ability to juggle multiple priorities particularly during the annual HR lifecycle during pay award, bonus, year end reporting
Can work independently and during periods of ambiguity and good communication skills both written and verbal.
