Business Intelligence Manager

We are committed to providing assistance to our own most vulnerable tenants and people living in our communities who need support to live well and independently. We will provide specialist housing, care and support to people who are socially excluded, disabled, unwell or homeless and we will do more by working in collaboration with partners who share our vision.
The Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for the improved approach to performance reporting across Care and Support, offering first rate data analysis and communicating trends. The successful candidate will have a high level of numerical fluency, an excellent understanding and experience of using different reporting tools and importantly, the ability to provide excellent customer service to business areas - translating complex data analysis into business insights which can drive service improvements.
