We are currently looking for a Programme Manager to join our Development team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.
Our development programme will see us build around 3,000 new homes over the next five years making us one of the top 25 of developing associations. The Programme Manager will provide a comprehensive support service to the Development Team that allows us to deliver our key development objectives.
Line managing two team members, you will play a leading role in coordinating and supporting business planning, liaising with Homes England on new business bids for grant and providing regular performance management information on our SOAHP contract. With a clear customer focus, you will produce key business performance data that will help us shape our future Development programme.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of project managing development schemes along with strong analytical and reporting skills. You must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel along with experience working with Homes England and of submitting data within their IMS system. The ability to communicate effectively, influence others and collaborate with partners and other organisations is essential.
