Charnwood Borough Council manage 5639 dwellings, 15 shops and 823 garages and we are seeking to recruit a Housing Services Team Leader on a fixed term 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. You will be responsible for managing a team of Tenancy and Estate Management Officers, a Housing Assistant and a team of AntiSocial Behaviour Officers. This includes providing advice and support to the teams, dealing with Councillor enquiries, signing notices, managing budgets and attending internal meetings and meetings with external agencies. You will also be responsible for performance management of the teams and providing performance information. 

Our offices are located in Loughborough and we cover surrounding towns and villages. There are excellent transport links to Nottingham, Leicester and Derby  as well as further afield via the M1 motorway.
