We currently have a vacancy for a Business Assurance Manager in our Corporate Services Team delivering Business Assurance.

The  Business Assurance Manager will be responsible for  managing the team which provides a range of support to the governance and assurance functions of the Association.

Position: Business Assurance Manager
Location: Braintree  (saha Bolton office or saha central London office location can also be considered).
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: 36,900 – 41,000  (Salary dependant on experience and location. Salary stated is for a Braintree office base).

About the Role: 

To manage the team which provides effective assurance to the organisation in areas related to governance, policy, performance and regulatory compliance and to be responsible for the varied and important functions that the team carry out.

About You: 

You should be an enthusiastic and committed Manager with previous experience working in a regulatory environment within the social housing sector. You’ll need to have a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and be able to demonstrate sound knowledge in areas of risk, audit and compliance. You will have demonstrable ability to develop and support a team to deliver these important functions to support the work of the Association.

A Disclosure and Barring Service standard certificate will be required for this role.
