This role

As the Wellbeing coordinator you will be tasked with creating the activities for the residents. Your objective will be to give everyone their own purpose through the calendar of events that you create. Ideally this would include activities that make the communal living area vibrant and the heart of the service.

There is also a spectacular garden area and space to create an “internet café” for the residents to use more regularly. You would take responsibility for making this happen.

What you`ll need to succeed

To be successful in the role previous experience is not essential, but we are seeking individuals that are imaginative and able to inspire others to partake in the activities. You must be passionate about supporting and caring for others and be driven by giving individuals their own purpose.

You will need to be able to work on a flexible rota including weekends and bank holidays. Working 25 hours a week.
