New Homes Sales Advisor
Domovo Homes is part of bpha - a dynamic and ambitious Housing Association which operates throughout the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor. The organisation owns and manages over 18,500 homes, employs around 400 people, has an annual turnover in excess of £120m and a development programme that will see it build over 3,000 new homes over the next five years making it one of the top 25 of developing associations in the country.
We have introduced thousands of people to their perfect home, whether that’s their first step onto the property ladder, a place to raise a family or to settle in for retirement. We want to help even more customers find somewhere to call home and are looking for a driven and outgoing Sales Advisor to join our proactive sales team, providing a first-class service which will focus on the sale of new homes from our Extra Care programme to older people.
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, proactively generating interest in the homes we offer, guiding purchasers through the sales process through to successful completion.
You will have a proven track record in property sales (estate agency, new homes or housing association), ideally having worked within the Extra Care market for the over 55s. You will be self-motivated and will constantly strive to meet and exceed targets and goals. You’ll be a creative thinker, a go-getter who is able to develop and execute ideas that engage this important target market.

Travel will be required so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
