What you'll be doing

We now have an exciting new opportunity for a Director of Operations to join us and lead a high performing Operations team to drive the transformation of the way we deliver service to our customers. 

Reporting to the CEO, you will have responsibility for the strategic leadership, overall management and performance of a portfolio of functions within the Operations directorate.

We are looking for a commercially astute individual with experience of leading diverse, high quality, customer focussed housing and / or property and asset related services, with a hunger for driving change and contributing to organisational success.

You will have experience of working at a strategic level contributing to the formulation and development of business strategy, combined with developing modern, high quality, responsive, customer focussed services.

When and where you'll be doing it

This role is full time and offers an annual salary of circa £100,000 dependent upon your knowledge and skills.

Golding Homes’ head office is in central Maidstone where you will be based in our new modern and bright office space which offers creative, collaborative and flexible ways of working.
