We have fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome (and growing) Maintenance team. You’ll be supporting our regeneration team within our London portfolio for estate regeneration.  You’ll lead and deliver on all maintenance elements of the regeneration process; ensuring that properties are available, property surveys are completed to timescales and void works completed when needed to ensure the timely decanting of existing customers both on and off site.

About our team

You’ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about an excellent repairs service , regeneration, community engagement, and getting it right first time, every time! To us were not just a team we’re a ‘work family’.

In order to meet the needs of our customers, we need to be flexible. This means you’ll work 5 days per week from Home Group office locations in London or from Home. As we’re asking you to be flexible for us, we aim to give you the time you need to spend time doing the things that matter to you!

About you

Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date equipment. You’ll be issued with the latest kit, which could include a Surface Pro and mobile. So it's really important to us that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe!)

It’s important to us that you have a worked with responsive maintenance contracts and have an understanding of the commitment to delivering regeneration aims.  Don’t worry, we won’t drop you in the deep end, we’ll help to you understand how things work at Home Group!

It would be great if you had the right qualifications, however we appreciate that you might have the some great transferrable skills and the desire to work towards getting certified. Amongst some of the skills we are looking for are; SVQ Level 3 or HNC in Building Surveying.

As this is a community based role, you need to be able to drive, as well as having access to a car insured for business purposes. Don’t worry, we’ll pay you expenses to cover this use! You’ll be office or home based for the majority of your time, however our team come together approximately 1 day per month, and you’ll be expected to join us and possibly be away overnight.

If you are successful, we need you to have a Standard Disclosure Check through the Disclosure and Barring Service which we’ll pay for.
