Bank Customer Call Advisor
Would you like to support the delivery of our 24-7 lifeline service to our most vulnerable customers whilst being employed by a BEST company that has great engagement and gives back to the community?
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and a caring and empathetic attitude to join our friendly and supportive team. The roles focus on receiving and responding to multiple calls on a variety of issues. These include emergency calls, requiring timely and appropriate action, and may involve liaising with statutory, voluntary and care agencies to ensure that customer needs are met. The team also provides an out of hours housing repairs service for SARH customers and services for other corporate customers.
If you have demonstrable experience in providing excellent customer service, with knowledge of the needs of vulnerable customers and the availability we are looking for, we'd like to hear from you!
