Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Land and Deeds Officer on a 12 month fixed term basis to join our Land and Deeds Team in Borehamwood. We're facing an exciting time of change and development and as such, your admin capabilities and ability to assist in the management of our extensive store of deeds and documents is absolutely crucial.

Saving these documents electronically, you will manage land queries as they come in, interpreting legal documents and recording land acquisitions. Contributing to our ongoing audit of all documents, your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that we are always adhering to our deeds retention policy, and your willingness to work with solicitors to facilitate the charging process will make you a vital part of our ongoing journey.

You will have a can do attitude and the ability to perform (and adapt) well under pressure, as you will be working on multiple tasks to very tight deadlines. You will maintain an excellent attention to detail, have strong organisational skills, and able to prioritise your workload as part of a wider team. You'll have excellent IT skills including Word and Excel and have the ability to effectively communicate to a wide audience.

If you have a keen interest in housing, land and title deeds, we look forward to hearing from you.

In return we offer you a competitive salary and generous benefits package in a supportive environment, with plenty of scope for your career advancement.

Closing Date: Wednesday 24th July 2019 at Midday
