We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with energy, experience and a strong sense of purpose to join us as an Office Administrator (Workplace Support Assistant)*.

You will provide exceptional, professional customer service to colleagues by archiving, electronic filing and supporting other roles within the Workplace Management Team at Catalyst’s head office.  You will ensure that a presence is maintained at all times within your immediate team in order to deal with requests and enquiries promptly and efficiently. You will Manage all incoming post, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the post room and all equipment are in good order and well stocked with all consumable requirements in order to run effectively at all times.

You will take part in minor projects within the Workplace Management Team, ensuring deadlines are always met. You will carry out Reception duties, often at short notice, in a professional and welcoming manner, being the first point of contact for members of the public, tenants and Catalyst colleagues, dealing promptly with queries and requests, both face to face and over the telephone.

You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience every time, by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers and colleagues.

You are personable, professional and proactive, with a clear commitment to providing high calibre customer focused service. You’re excellent at prioritising and managing your time and workload effectively to enable all business essential tasks are completed on a daily basis. You are a responsible individual who takes ownership and accountability for their work. You are a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels and demonstrating a willingness to ‘roll your sleeves up’ to get the job done!
