About the Role:

 

Alliance’s goal is to deliver a great customer experience and as our Apprentice you will be right at the centre of this journey.

 

From the moment you walk in the door you will gain hands-on experience in a customer service environment. Your tasks won’t end on the phone, you will be able to learn face-to-face skills in our reception and by accompanying colleagues on field visits.

 

You will enjoy learning all about Housing and how to give the best customer service and support to your colleagues.

 

Your written and organisational skills will also become amazing by completing administrative tasks that will help your team reach their targets and full potential!

 

About you:

 

You will be a true people person and you will show this through your excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.

 

Due to working with our customer records, the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries is needed and you will be a bit of a whizz with Microsoft Office and love digital technology.

 

Alongside receiving your Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Services, you will also gain vast experience in administration and customer service at a highly successful Housing Association.
