You will be responsible for managing High and medium risk cases using our Orchard case management system. Customer communication is key to the role and essential when dealing with cases. The role will require excellent organisational skills under pressure. You will be responsible for the coordination and management of ASB cases and the preparation of completed files for presentation in court. You will work closely with the Business team, the Neighbourhood Experience team and the Gateway team to develop Neighbourhood strategies and plans around the prevention of ASB and improving the lives of Catalyst Residents. You will be required to attend stakeholder In order to support the organisations drive to assist the most vulnerable residents. You will be required to mentor the ASB Assistants where necessary and will be directly responsible to the ASB Team leader

You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience every time, by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers and colleagues.An Anti-Social Behaviour Officer will possess a “can do” positive attitude, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to excellent Resident care and service at all times. You will be willing to strive for growth within the role, keen to learn new skills and expand your knowledge base.   You will need to forge strong relations with colleagues and key external partners, and evidence effective partnership working. You must have experience of ASB case management systems to accurately  record actions pertinent to a case and have formal statement taking skills (Civil and Criminal).  An Anti-Social Behaviour  Officer  will need to be highly organised, with the ability to self-manage a diverse and varied caseload, prioritising cases effectively in order to produce high quality work to deadlines whilst supporting colleagues. A working knowledge of other forms of intervention such as mediation and Restorative Justice would be useful. A full UK Driving License is required.
