Catalyst is one of the UK’s leading housing associations. We’re here to make a purposeful difference, providing housing solutions and opportunities for those who can’t afford a home without our help. You will manage low and medium risk graded cases using our in-house case management system (Orchard). Customer communication is key to the role and essential when dealing with cases. The role will require excellent organisational skills and you will be responsible for the coordination and management of ASB reports, rotas, noise processes and equipment, CCTV mapping and process, attending stakeholder meetings, collating minutes for meetings.
You will have good communication skills and an ability to write statements would be useful. Case management experience is desirable especially with regard to the case management system. You will be expected to maintain a professional approach with regard to customers who can at times be demanding, difficult, vulnerable or under stress. The role will require prioritising of workload and the ability to work remotely in accordance with Catalyst’s Health and Safety policy. The desire to learn new skills is essential. The role requires a confident and organised person who is willing to lead on the problem solving of cases. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
