We have an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Response Manager to join our team in the North London Region.

This is an exciting time to be joining Clarion and the successful candidate will have a chance to put their own stamp on the changes we're making to the services we deliver and shaping how we work with the communities we serve.

Managing a Regional Neighbourhood Response Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that Clarion neighbourhoods are places that residents want to live and that our services are delivered to a high standard, meeting the neighbourhood's needs. You'll liaise with other departments to identify and agree priorities for improvements and ensure the team works collaboratively with other teams, residents groups and external partners.

Some of the key accountabilities include

  • Ensuring the neighbourhood response is provided with strong, effective and positive management which establishes a culture of driving performance, and delivers high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Leading the development and monitoring of neighbourhood plans and local offers to ensure they are delivered successfully for local neighbourhoods
  • Ensuring that NRT staff have a thorough understanding of, and comply with, Clarion policies, procedures and business processes

With your experience of team management you'll be an expert at motivating others and building relationships across the business. You'll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a proven ability in influencing and negotiating. You'll have a strong track record of delivering results along with extensive experience of housing management practice and housing legislation.
