Are you looking for a new, exciting challenge?

We're looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills to provide an intensive housing management and concierge service to meet the needs of residents living in our over 50s schemes. You'll be the first point of contact and manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors.

The scheme's purpose is to enhance the life experiences of the people we work with, to ensure that we provide a safe and secure environment, and to promote each individual's independence.

You'll support the maintenance and security of the buildings, monitor contracts and services and provide a focused service to residents living in retirement housing. You will be expected to visit other LiveSmart schemes in the area so must be able to travel.

With excellent communication and customer service skills you'll work with other housing teams, arrange viewings and enable residents to settle into the scheme. You'll report any safeguarding concerns as appropriate, and make referrals to other agencies where residents need additional support.

You must be flexible, calm under pressure and able to deal with emergencies if required. With excellent time management skills you'll be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, whilst maintaining high customer service standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills and experience to really make a difference to people's lives.

This role is being offered on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.

Closing Date: Friday 26th July 2019 at midday

Applicants will be required to travel regularly across the region.

This post is subject to a Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
