Job Details
We are recruiting for a Regional Administration Manager on a permanent full time basis and are looking for exceptional people to apply.
Based at our office in Birmingham and will be responsible for managing a regional team to deliver an efficient administration and support for our housing, repairs and available homes frontline services.
You'll need to be a strong manager of people, able to direct, motivate and support a team of administrators to carry out such tasks as dealing with a processes generated for the housing teams, estate service queries, raising purchase orders and ensuring invoices are processed for payment according to financial regulations, scrutinising and promptly paying all utilities, and collating service charge data on all spend.
We'll look to you to support the regional operations and local housing teams.
Your other responsibilities will include.
- Ensuring information we hold about our residents is up to date and correctly processed in line with data protection legislation.
- Producing routine letters, reports and other documents from standard templates.
- Being responsible for managing (estate/hub) offices locally, ensuring all local estate office H&S checks are completed in line with requirements
You'll already have previous administration experience working in a complex environment, and demonstrated your ability to work proactively and remain calm under pressure. You'll need to be able to demonstrate a rational and organised approach to a complex regional administration with a strong ethos and commitment to effective team work. We'll require you to build and maintain excellent relationships with other departments, external customers and organisation.
