The role

We are currently recruiting for an Environmental Services Performance Officer to help us manage and monitor our contractors both remotely and directly whilst producing reports which ensure services are provided to a high quality.

You will work with your colleagues to maintain the Environment Services finance systems ensuring you liaise with the finance teams and contractors to rectify any errors on invoice coding and payments

You will have oversight into contract management, understanding contract delivery and ensuring standards on estates with particular regard to Health & Safety.

You will play a key role in maintaining our group email distribution and online pest control requests.

This role will require you to establish, build and maintain effective working relationships with all of your work colleagues and work collaboratively to maintain excellent customer services.

To be successful, you will have experience in note taking and disseminating information and have experience in data entry. You will be able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.
