We are looking for a Compliance Officer for our Data Protection Team within our broader Governance and Compliance Team at Clarion Housing Group's Head Office at London Bridge.

What you'll be doing

This is an important role in terms of promoting good practice and ensuring compliance with Data Protection Legislation across the Clarion Housing Group, by providing expert advice on data protection promoting best practice and delivering training to a diverse range of teams and groups. Your strong influencing skills and a collaborative approach are key in order to provide support to the business to ensure an ongoing compliance regime in accordance with changing legislation.

What we're looking for

You will have strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with staff at all levels. The ability to describe technical compliance issues in an understandable manner is essential.

You will also have sound knowledge of Data Protection legislation, including the Privacy & Electronic Communications Regulations, with experience of working in a data protection compliance function.
