Do you have experience of selling shared ownership properties, often off plan? Do you like achieving targets and delivering great customer service? This could be the role for you. We are currently seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to play a key role within the Sales & Marketing team at Optivo.

With a thorough understanding and experience of delivering shared ownership sales off plan you will take the leading role in sales on a variety of sites. Working with other team members you'll ensure targets are monitored, reported on and achieved. You'll ensure that excellent customer service is at the heart of all you do both externally and internally. Working within the busy Sales & Marketing team, you'll regularly liaise with other departments and third parties to ensure processes are smooth.

The successful candidate will have good experience of selling shared ownership properties off plan and demonstrable excellent customer service skills. Target driven you'll also have excellent organisational and numerical skills, if you have experience of managing others that would be a bonus.

It is essential that you can work both independently and as part of a team, and be confident when dealing with people at all levels face to face, over the telephone and in writing.

Knowledge

  • Understanding of LCHO products and their eligibility requirements
  • Understanding of the mortgage market and conveyancing requirements
  • Understanding of the basic development process
  • Understanding of the sales process, including sales triggers, customer desires and closing a sale
  • Understanding of specific sales obligations associated with S106 and nomination agreements

Abilities

  • Ability to manage and motivate staff
  • Ability to produce weekly reports to highlight essential information and forecast sales
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required to meet customer needs.

You must be able to travel to sites around London and the South East. Ideally you’ll have a driving license.
