Do you have excellent knowledge of the conveyance process and selling properties off plan, plus excellent organisation and customer service skills? This could be the role for you.  We are currently seeking a Sales Progressor to play a key role within the Sales & Marketing team at Optivo.

With a thorough understanding of the conveyance process you will be the initial point of contact for purchasers. You’ll ensure each sale is progressed proactively, making sure excellent customer service is at the heart of all you do. Working within the busy Sales & Marketing team, you’ll regularly liaise with other departments and third parties to ensure processes are smooth.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the stages of the conveyance process, an understanding of shared ownership will be beneficial also. Able to solve problems using your initiative and experience you'll be highly organised with excellent numerical skills. Your experience of monitoring and reporting on targets will stand you in good stead to provide simple, regular updates on progress. 

It is essential that you can work both independently and as part of a team, and be confident when dealing with people at all levels face to face, over the telephone and in writing.

Knowledge

  • Understanding of home ownership products
  • Understanding of the mortgage market and conveyancing requirements
  • Understanding of barriers to exchange and how to overcome those
  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, including great interpersonal skills

Abilities

  • Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team advertising
  • Ability to sometimes work evenings and weekends as required to support the wider team
