Over the next 5 years as part of our major mixed use development programme across England, Clarion Housing Group will be delivering close to a million square foot of retail and commercial assets ranging from, community centres and regeneration projects to start up retail and Grade A office units in central London.

We're looking for a Senior Retail and Commercial Development Manager to work with the project leads to formulate the, design, development and delivery vision of the retail, commercial and leisure elements of the Development programme.

You'll have advanced major projects experience and come from a Development Management background. You'll also have experience of managing design and delivery of retail, commercial and leisure projects.

You'll have an understanding and experience of the development, master planning and town planning process and possess excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a range of audiences. We're especially keen to hear from you if you have experience gained from the private sector.

If you have real estate industry experience including extensive commercial property experience and commercial negotiations with tenants, we very much look forward to hearing from you.
