As Operations Business Manager – Repairs & Voids you will lead, develop, and deliver efficient and effective responsive repairs, voids maintenance and allocations & lettings services achieving the Trust’s corporate objectives.

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities (internal and external) and attain value for money for all services delivered.

To effectively manage and motivate the Operative teams providing the responsive repairs and voids maintenance service, recruiting staff as required.
