As Assistant Director of Housing you will ensure that the Trust’s Tenancy & Estates Management, Independent Living Service, Safeguarding and Leasehold Management strategies are developed and implemented to achieve sustainable tenancies, neighbourhoods & communities  and meet Regulatory requirements.

To lead the development and implementation of the Trust’s Equality & Diversity strategy.

To take overall responsibility to effectively lead, develop and motivate employees within the department to achieve high levels of satisfaction, Key Performance Indicator targets and cost efficient delivery of effective services to residents and customers.

To manage, monitor and report on the overall budget expenditure performance.

As a member of the Operations Directorate Management Team and the companies Senior Management Group, contribute to the organisational planning and delivery of the strategic objectives.
