About You

You will have experience of managing a 24/7 customer facing function in an organisation providing residential accommodation, along with experience of incident management. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to forge effective working relationships across the university and engage customers.

Your ability to problem solve, manage change and maintain confidentiality will ensure that you quickly establish yourself as a member or our inclusive and award winning team.

About the Role

You will provide the service development and operational management functions for Campus Support. Alongside the support of the shift supervisors, you will be expected to ensure the delivery of a suite of customer-focused services in accordance with established performance standards and service level agreements. You will be responsible for achieving consistency of quality across all areas of Campus Support operations. You will also be our key first response to incidents affecting the University, supporting Campus Support Supervisors by ensuring an effective triage and appropriate escalation, to ensure we comply with our Business Continuity and Emergency Response plans. You will be responsible for ensuring our response to such incidents is professional, timely and in accordance with our University Emergency Management Plan.
