This role

MTVH are a leading regeneration agency delivering 1,000s of new homes inside and outside of London.

This role will be influential in maximising the potential of existing assets, identifying opportunities, planning and managing complex projects ranging from refurbishment, conversion, infill and regeneration.

What you'll need to succeed

We have a big target, and expectation is high, so this role is for drivers, not passengers.

While your experience in identifying and delivering challenging developments small and large, skills in planning, design & commercial nous and track record are an absolute requirement, they are secondary in this role to your commitment, curiosity and genuine passion for developing more new homes.
