An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Business Intelligence team for a proactive, forward thinking Performance Improvement Manager to deliver our approach to performance management, data visualisation, benchmarking and value for money.

The Business Intelligence team delivers a range of services to the wider organisation, including performance management, data interrogation, visualisation and analysis, value for money, benchmarking, risk management, insurance, audit, data governance and fleet.  The team prides itself on delivering excellence in a customer focussed way – this is not a department that sits quietly in the corner number crunching!

The Performance Improvement Manager role provides a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to help shape and develop a new service offering for Beyond Housing.  Whilst knowledge and experience are key, what will impress us most are candidates that show huge enthusiasm, an appetite to learn and proven ability to forge strong working relationships with our people, contractors and key stakeholders.  We are especially keen to bring our performance information to life, providing real time intelligence that can be used to proactively shape the services we deliver to customers, and we would welcome applications from individuals who can help us to achieve this objective.  The successful candidate will be fully supported to develop in the role as required.
