Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone to deliver a quality, customer focussed, comprehensive and co-ordinated service acting as first point of contact for colleagues, residents and contractors for any fire, asbestos, electrical and water safety risks in customer’s homes. You will have experience of working in a customer focused environment with strong commitment for customer care, and will be confident when using information technology to administer performance and produce reports for Senior Managers and Professionals.
You will be able to comprehend legislative updates and adapt processes accordingly, and are keen to learn and continuously develop, keeping calm under pressures.
This role is based with our Electrical & Water sub-department. The role is on a fixed term contract basis for 18 months, working 35 hours per week.
