We're recruiting for three Regional Housing Administrators and are looking for exceptional people to apply.

Based at our offices in Birmingham, you'll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Housing team and based within the north regional operations team. You'll also be required to monitor the system generated enquiries and deal with these in a timely manner.

Your other responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring, recording and processing estate inspections information.
• Raising purchase orders, obtaining quotes, dealing with contractor enquiries and good receipting invoices
• Completing the monthly service charge spreadsheet.

You'll already have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You'll be able to write clear, accurate and concise records, often analysing data from a variety of sources and be able to prioritise your busy workload. You'll have a rational and organised approach to work and be able to plan, schedule, monitor and quality check own work within agreed deadlines.
