The role

Our Energy team is expanding and as part of this growth we are currently looking for 3 Process and Data Analyst. This position will suit someone who has gained some experience within Accounts Payable finance or someone looking for experience within this area.

You will be responsible for the processing of non-contracted invoices including updating/correcting property records and checking applying to relevant budget and cost centre.

You will be the first point of contact in dealing with both external and internal customer queries ensuring they are dealt with promptly. You will manage the team mailbox, part of this role involves establishing working relationships and working collaboratively with internal staff in order to resolve queries promptly.

You will have experience of working in a fast paced high volume setting and be comfortable with working with large data. Ideally you will have a good understanding of Accounts Payable processes and have worked within a customer facing setting.

For internal applicants, we would be keen to entertain applications from those based out of some of our satellite offices. This role comes with a degree of flexibility meaning some remote working can be accommodated. Please note this will be at the full discretion of your manager and would need to be agreed.
