We are looking for:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed Resourcing Team to provide a comprehensive, high quality and efficient recruitment and resourcing service across our organisation. Working collaboratively to develop and enhance the hiring manager and candidate journey with particular focus on quality of service and innovative delivery.

Our successful candidate will:

To co-ordinate the recruitment activity for specific recruitment campaigns either internal or external ensuring all vacancy generation procedures are completed.

To support hiring managers with their internal and external recruitment campaigns including support with developing job descriptions, advising on arranging appropriate recruitment advertising and providing guidance on the shortlisting, selection and offer processes to ensure a high calibre workforce is recruited from across a diverse range of backgrounds

To create effective recruitment campaigns in conjunction with the business , ensuring this is cost effective and timely.

To work in partnership when appropriate on specific campaigns with key stakeholders including those who provide contracted services relating to recruitment.

To demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion maximising opportunities to attract and recruitment from a range of diverse backgrounds.

To coordinate recruitment campaigns and manage candidates progress in the recruitment process.

To be responsible for updating all recruitment planning and tracking data relating to specific campaigns, this will inform overall HR reporting.

The skills we would like are:

Experience of designing and delivering practical recruitment solutions.

Generalist recruitment or HR experience.

To have up to date knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment legislation and applying these in a business context.

To have a proven track record of coordinating and delivering a range of recruitment campaigns within policy and to tight deadlines.

To have strong Digital and communication skills and be able to use a HR system and Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

To demonstrate a strong commitment to valuing diversity in recruitment and in the workplace.

To ideally be CIPD qualified or equivalent industry standard in Human Resource Management or have proven track record delivering Recruitment and HR services in line with best practice.
