We are looking for:

We are looking to recruit an experienced, CIPD qualified, HR Advisor to join a growing HR team. This is a generalist, fast moving and varied role, working closely with both colleagues and managers.  The HR Advisor builds strong relationships with stakeholders to enable employee relations advice and support on all elements of the employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will use their extensive employee relations knowledge and experience to support with enabling cultural change as well as the provision of a comprehensive HR service for the organisation.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable employee relations experience who can apply HR policy to achieve the best outcome for the organisation, recognising opportunity and risk. You will already be working in an HR advisory role managing a disciplinary and grievance caseload and be confident, pro-active, organised and customer focussed. You will also have strong communication, persuasion and influencing skills and be ready to make the next career move into a forward thinking, proactive and commercially focused employee relations team.

This is an exciting time to join Homes England and the HR Team and this opportunity represents a key role in supporting the people agenda and growth of the new organisation.

Whilst this post is advertised at Newcastle we are currently consulting staff on moving our Gateshead location.  This move is likely to be in September / October.  If you start employment with Homes England prior to the move you will be temporarily based at Gateshead.
