Position: Strategic Asset Manager
Location: West Midlands
Salary: Upto £47,500 + £2,000 car allowance
Duration: 1 year FTC
THE ROLE
Greenacre Recruitment is currently seeking to recruit a Strategic Asset Manager. The role sits with a Housing Provider in the West Midlands. In this role you will provide leadership and strategic support in regards to the organisations entire portfolio of assets.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take a lead on the development of asset management strategies, including the HRA business plan.
- Appraise business opportunities for inclusion in the asset strategy.
- Ensure all of the organisations’ assets are maintained to a high standard and fully compliant with all legislation.
- Manage relevant contracts to ensure effective delivery, good customer service and value for money
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of managing a successful asset management team.
- Experience Managing large budgets.
- Experience working within Social Housing
- Full and clean driving license.
