Position: Senior Development Manager

Location: North West/Yorkshire and North East

Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 p/a + £8,000 car/car allowance + yearly performance bonus

Duration: Permanent

THE ROLE

Greenacre recruitment has partnered with a national contractor to help source them a new Senior Development Manager to help with their impressive growth plans creating a healthy pipeline of work and projects through partnership, land sourcing and engagement.  

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Identify suitable land sites for purchase carrying out feasibility and financial testing to assess the potential suitability of each plot to be then taken to potential customers.

* Creating a robust network with Registered Providers, Local Authorities, Land Agents and other interested parties.  

* Work closely with regional pre construction teams to ensure that projects are feasible and deliverable and within the margins of costs and time set.

* Taking lead with clients to understand their needs, assess their current assets and how best they can be used to achieve goals.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the development field either working within the RP or Contractor/Developer world and would fit someone looking to step up into a regional based role with a very healthy package and career development on offer. Please note that considerable travel will be associated with the post with some overnight stay also required.
