Head of Housing Services
The Elim Group comprises Elim Housing Association and Lime Property Ventures, our commercial subsidiary. We are a housing association with a vision to meet housing need and deliver homes that change people’s lives. With a wide range of accommodation types, from supported housing to social housing, Gypsy and Traveller sites to shared ownership homes, our offer to the communities we work in is unique. With just under 1000 units, we are a smaller association but we punch above our weight and we are growing fast.
We are looking for a new Head of Housing to work with us in the next phase of our development. This is an exciting time to join Elim. Over the coming year we will redefine our relationship with our customers, placing them at the heart of our service delivery and development in new ways including development of a customer e-forum, an online customer portal and development of a new Residents’ Strategy. If you like the sound of working for an organisation where you can have a big influence on strategic direction as well as service delivery then this could well be the role for you.
Our new Head of Housing will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality housing service to our residents, which will include all tenure types. We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, flexible and committed team player with exceptional customer service skills to help us deliver our vision. You will have excellent knowledge of our regulatory and legislative obligations, and the ability to work proactively within this framework to transform the way we work and align our services to our customers’ housing needs and aspirations.
Elim is committed to rewarding our employees for their positive contribution. Benefits include 25 days annual holiday allowance rising to 30 days, Company pension, Life Assurance and an annual bonus. We also provide a Health Cash Plan, this includes discounts to a wide range of shops and services, free gym and flexi-time. More details of our benefits can be found on our website.

Closing date: Friday 16th August.
Interviews will take place on Tuesday 27th or Thursday 29th August.
