The role
Do you have experience implementing service improvements and developing policies and procedures?
If so, I have the perfect role for you!
We are currently looking to recruit a Business Improvement Officer who will support the Business Improvement Manager to develop quality initiatives and improvement in care and support services with a key focus on performance, compliance, robust policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for the process of developing, reviewing and updating Policies and Procedures in line with sector updates and assigned timescales and the Group's Impact Assessment Programme. You will support the Business Improvement Manager with Resident and Staff Consultation and researching changes and developments within the industry.
This role will involve you working with our services within Care and Support, supporting Project Managers to achieve projects in line with the Group's overall objectives and Business Plan.
Your primary focus will be on service improvement.
To be successful, you will have experience of policy writing, supporting project management and delivery. Able to work effectively and diligently at a fast pace and meet tight deadlines.
